Book Your Date
Once you decide on your dates, you can secure your reservation in one of two ways:

Pre-Payment: Pay the total package amount before your arrival in Mexico via an international bank transfer, completed 10 days prior to departure.

Travel Confirmation: Reserve your trip by emailing us a copy of your travel itinerary (including flight details such as date, time, airline, and flight number). This method allows you to avoid pre-payment. The total package amount must be paid on the day of your surgery in USD or Euros (Credit/Debit Cards are not accepted).

Receive Trip Itinerary
Upon receiving your payment or flight ticket confirmation, your personal contact at Nuevo You will provide you with a detailed itinerary for your trip. This itinerary will include all necessary information regarding your surgery and your stay in Mexico City, including your 4 star Hotel

Arrival at Benito Juarez International Airport (MEX)
Upon your arrival at Benito Juarez International Airport in Mexico City, a private driver will greet you inside the airport and transport you to your hotel. Your personal assistant, fluent in your language, will meet you at the hotel and answer any questions you may have regarding your trip.

Arrival and Appointment with Surgeon
On the day of your arrival, your personal assistant will drive you to the hospital for your initial appointment with your surgeon and medical team. Please ensure you bring your blood test results, as all tests should be completed in your home country prior to your arrival to optimize your time in Mexico.

Day of the Surgery
Your surgical procedure(s) will be performed the day after your arrival. On the day of surgery, your personal assistant will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the hospital. All administrative and patient admission details will be handled for you. Your service manager will visit you daily and will be there to pick you up upon discharge. You will then be driven back to your 4 Star hotel for complete rest and relaxation to ensure a full recovery from your surgery.

Post-Surgery Recovery
You will follow the doctor's instructions for recovery, with the first few days being crucial for adequate rest. After your surgery, a doctor (not a nurse) will visit you at your hotel five days a week to monitor your health and assist with any needs during your stay.
Typically, two post-surgical appointments will be required to assess your condition and ensure proper healing:

First Appointment: The surgeon will examine your bandages and overall condition.

Final Consultation: The stitches will be removed (if applicable), and the surgeon will provide authorization for you to return to your home country.
Once the surgeon is satisfied with your recovery, you will be given permission to explore some of the attractions in our city. We will arrange travel excursions for you, either within or outside the city, based on the doctor's approval.

Departure and Ongoing Support
On the day of your departure, a private chauffeur will drive you from the hotel to the airport.
